Oakland Service Day

On Saturday, June 21, we will be partnering with the Oakland Planning and Development Corp. to help some older South Oakland residents clean up their yards as well as various other tasks. This project will take place from 10am-1pm and lunch will be provided. Please e-mail Amy @ amysw@northway.org if you are able to participate or sign up on the sheet at the YouConnect center on Sunday morning. This is a great opportunity to help others right down the street from us!

Pirate Game Community Day

The communities of the Worship Café and North Way Oakland are invited to a Pirates game outing on June 29th. After the 11:00am service in the Worship Café and the 10:30am service at North Way Oakland, we will all meet down at PNC Park for a time of tailgating, hanging out and then watching the baseball game. College Summer Series

This summer, North Way is hosting a gathering for any college age folks around for the summer. It takes place on Thursday nights, at 7PM at the North Way Oakland campus, beginning May 29th. The group will have a time of lively, facilitated discussion around Biblical topics of interest, followed by special events like concerts, ballgames, and movies around the city. Men’s Ministry

There are a couple of men’s groups that meet in Oakland: Every Wednesday morning at 7 a.m. at the Original Hot Dog Shop and every Thursday morning at 7 a.m. at Panera on Forbes Ave. All men are invited to attend. Please contact Mike Arnold for more information: mikea@northway.org
